Shipping

For now we deliver only in Riga, Latvia. We will add more areas as Trailgel grows.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in Riga, Latvia. Outside Riga? Email us at [email protected] and we will let you know as soon as we deliver to your area.

How it works

1. You send your order on the order page. Nothing is charged at this point.
2. We email you to confirm the order, the shipping cost, the delivery time and how to pay.
3. Once you have paid, we deliver your gels to the address you gave us.

Cost

The shipping cost depends on your order and is confirmed in our email before you pay.

Frozen gels

Our gels contain no preservatives, so they are delivered frozen. Put them in the freezer as soon as you receive them. Take a pouch out the evening before your run or race to thaw.

Returns

Because the gels are perishable food, we cannot take them back once delivered. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, see our terms of sale.
