Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on trailgel.com. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

trailgel.com is run by Trailgel. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Orders

Sending the order form is a request to buy. It is not yet a contract and nothing is charged. We reply by email to confirm availability, the shipping cost, the delivery time and how to pay. The contract is made when we confirm your order and you pay.

We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or the address is outside our delivery area. If we have already received payment for a declined order, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros on the website. Shipping is added separately and confirmed by email before you pay. The price confirmed in our email is the price you pay. Payment details are in our confirmation email.

4. Delivery

For now we deliver only in Riga, Latvia. See shipping for details. We agree the delivery time with you by email.

5. Storage

Our gels contain no preservatives and are delivered frozen. Keep them frozen and follow the storage instructions we give you. We are not responsible for gels that are spoiled because they were stored incorrectly after delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU can usually cancel an online purchase within 14 days. This right does not apply to goods that spoil quickly (Article 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Our gels are frozen, preservative-free food, so they cannot be returned once delivered.

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is delivered. Email us at [email protected].

7. Damaged or wrong orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If a pouch is damaged, the order is wrong, or a product is faulty, email us within 2 days of delivery, with a photo if possible. We will replace the product or refund you. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Allergies and health

Check the ingredients before use if you have allergies or intolerances. Energy gels are made for physical activity and are not a substitute for a varied diet. Ask us if you have questions about ingredients.

9. Complaints and disputes

If you are not happy, email us first and we will try to sort it out. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC). These terms are governed by Latvian law. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms published when you place your order apply to that order.
